Account Manager for our LG Electronics account:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationship with Dealers
o Conduct regular customer meetings
o Submit required reports
o Act as contact for dealers
o Minutes of meetings
o Follow up on feedback from customers
o Achieve the set sales target

• Build a positive relation with Internal LG staff and Subordinates
o Communication to staff
o Field visits and audits to all outlets
o Manage HR issues with staff

• Delivery of every project on time and efficiently
o Follow up on execution and implementation
o Report back on projects

• Control all expenses in line with LG guidelines
o Recon of Log books, payments off account
o Expense claim in line with LG guidelines
o Payroll

o Asses Training
o Follow up on Disciplinary procedure
o Follow up on Recruitments
o Check on uniforms
o Follow up on complains

• Reporting
o Ensure deadlines are met
o Submit monthly reports on time
o Check on monthly regional reports

• New Business development
o Increase portfolio work with client
o Identify new Opportunities.
