Job Requirements:

1.Educational Background
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

2.Work Experience
1. At least 5 years working experience in Account Management and sales , experience with Energy or water business or Electricity is required.
2. Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer service
3. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

3.Working Environment / Conditions
Electrical Factory and warehousing environment

Key Responsibilities:

1.Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
2.Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
3.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
4.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
5.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
6.Forecast and track key account metrics
7.Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
