ZaPOP is looking for a dynamic, vibrant, driven and well-presented Mid Account Manager. The successful incumbent must be a self-starter, confident, able to identify and seize opportunities, have the ability to sell at the highest level and build trust with various clients.
• Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
• Proactively keep abreast of clients' marketing plans, and provide solutions
• Ensure that client needs and requirements are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are met and exceeded at all times
• Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with clients by building relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone follow ups)
• Ensure high standard of customer service at all times
• Manage campaign administration of proposals and contracts
• Bring about campaign implementation, management and feedback to clients
• Source, develop and manage new clients
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing (advantageous).
• Minimum of 3-4 years sales/account management experience in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of FMCG industry Brand Management, Retail/Merchandising, and Digital Media would be advantageous
• MS Office – Intermediate level
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
