Job Description:

Prepare inter-company invoices
Receive bank statements
Preparation of bank reconciliation
Process Cashbooks for the company
Daily Restaurant and Wine Lounge cash-ups
Month end processing of Debtors and Creditors reconciliations
Processing of all creditors invoices
Processing the restaurant debtors payments and reconciliations on Pastel Evolution
Administration of the company petty cash
Payments
Monthly stock control
Admin

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 year experience in similar role
Senior Certificate
Pastel / Pastel Evolution experience
Experience in wine industry beneficial
