Must be available to start ASAP, to take over the financial manager role in next 2 years
Bcom and completed articles essential
Development and enhancement of the Group’s financial and business management functions/processes/skills
Overall responsibility for the development of business plans and budgets at Group level.
Financial accounting responsibilities:
Oversee and manage finance team,
Preparation and review of group monthly management accounts,
Ability to verbally communicate monthly results to management,
Managing groups working capital,
Implementing, designing and maintaining controls, over finance and operations systems,Drafting of year end annual financial statements for group (including consolidation) in terms of IFRS for SME’S,
Oversee year end Audit.
Provide technical support for various finance and related functions, including:
Financial statement presentation;
Corporate taxation;
