Our client is a property management group based in the Northern Suburbs. They have a vacancy for an experienced Accountant to join their team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Sending out of levy statements
Collection of levies from debtor
Issue levy clearance certificates
Water and sewerage calculations
Calculation of wages and salaries
Full bookkeeping duties
Salary on offer is from R13 500 – R 18 000 depending on previous working experience and qualifications.
Position Requirements -
• South African Citizen
• Matric Qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting
• Minimum three years working experience as a Bookkeeper / Accountant
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
• Excellent Pastel and accounting skills
• Previous experience in working in property management.
• Must be ITC and criminally clear
