Accountant / Bookkeeper Klein Joostenberg Kraaifontein, Cape Town

Our Client in in Klein Joostenberg Kraaifontein is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant to take the books to Balance sheet and to manage the finance department

Salary Negotiable to experience and qualifications (URGENT POSITION)

Min Requirement
• Matric and Completed Articles and Accounting degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping / accounting accountant position.
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Must have Experience with Pastel Partner or Similar
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

Duties Required
• Full Accounting Function Accounting up to Balance Sheet for 4 businesses
• Full Recons
• Cost Accounting
• Preparation of VAT reports
• Debtors and creditors reconciliation
• Imports, shipping and international payments
• Assist with Payroll but not main function
• Manage 3 people in the Finance Department
