Accountant- Senior

A JSE Listed Construction Company with a leading presence in infrastructure development and construction, is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant for a permanent position to be based in Kempton,Gauteng. The successful candidate must have a background in the Construction industry.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Must be a Qualified CA (SA) SAICA (Professional)
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Construction environment for a large corporate entity
Must have knowledge of IFRS, SARS tax and VAT legislation
Must have consolidation experience
Must have knowledge on Foreign legislation (SADAC)
Must have knowledge of Build smart Package
Must have demonstrable business acumen and be an excellent communicator
Must have organisational development experience
