Responsible for the full finance function of a number of lodges? Ensuring the accuracy of data extracted from multiple platforms? Assist the Lodge Bookkeepers and lodge administrators? Review General Ledger Recons monthly? Initial Review of Management Accounts & General Ledgers? Review Vat Calculations & Returns & sign off before payment? Assist with supply of information to RFM? Co-ordination of Exception reports? Assist with Audit? Assist Lodge Bookkeepers and Lodge Staff with QuickBooks? Assist lodge managers/ Director with queries? Intercompany loans? Fixed Assets/Depreciation? Preparation and review of tax pack, includingNon-deductible expenseswear and tear anddeferred tax calculations? Third party payments and recons? Lodge and Interdepartmental liaison KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING PROGRAMS)? BComm, relevant qualification, or necessary experience? Computer literate – Accpac for Windows and advanced Excel is essential? PowerPoint presentations an advantage? Tourplan and Quickbooks an advantageCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED? Operate in an informal but highly driven and results oriented environment.? Self driven, motivated and organised? Excellent analysis and problem solving skills? Attention to detail? Comfortable in dealing with diverse cultures, languages and environments? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines?
