Accountant – Umhlanga

Salary – R12 000 - R15 000 CTC

The purpose of this position is to assist with completing the financial statements up to audit pack.

Requirements

• BCOM Degree (with articles a plus)
• At least 10 years previous experience in an Accountant or FM role
• Evolution experience not negotiable

Scope

• Required to analyse an existing set of accounts and execute correcting journal entries
• Required to reconcile complex balance sheet accounts including VAT over multiple years and tax periods
• Required to submit VAT returns and update tax compliance
• Required to prepare the audit pack and deal with auditors queries
