BCom Finance



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

EasiPos and Procure knowledge (Advantageous)

Able to work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail



Job Description:

Oversee daily cash counts, credit card reconciliations, petty cash and float check.

Manage Accounts Payable.

Prepare weekly Accounts Payable payments.

Ensure Debtors Book stays within 30 - 60 days.

Supervise Procurement Department: Trade Analysis, Perform monthly stock takes.

Performs an audit of the daily night audit insuring its accuracy and completeness and process daily sales journal.

Maintains filing systems for the daily information: credit cards, restaurant charges etc.

Unallocated deposits and recon thereof.

Month end processing.

Prepares all necessary period end closing reports re Protel.

Completes month end journals.

Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

Prepare reports as requested for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

Assisting in annual Budget.

Assisting in annual Financial audit.
