Qualification:

Matric is essential

National Diploma or Degree is desirable



Skills & Experience:

Strong Accounting experience up to compilation of Annual Financial Statements and monthly management packs

Payroll experience (advantageous)

A strong team-player

A good, easy-tempered nature

VAT and TAX submission experience

FOREX

Pastel Payroll (advantageous)

SAP (advantageous)



Job Description:

Including, but not limited to, the following:

Performing account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Drafting of AFS.

Processing cash books.

Performing monthly bank recons.

Assisting with payroll, including employee expenses, and submission of statutory returns.

Preparation of monthly Management Accounts.

Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns.

Preparation and submission Income Tax returns.

Preparation of rent roll and invoicing.

Debtor and creditor recons and processing monthly debtor’s statements.

Authorization of all petty cash payments and preparing a weekly reconciliation.

Sales and stock item analysis.

Preparation of monthly cash flow analysis.

Responsible for finance knowledge within the team.

Preparation of FOREX currency purchase and selling forms.
