ACCOUNTANT
KEY DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
• Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet
• Responsible for 4 Different Entities Full Accounting Function
• Full Foreign creditors function, including prep work/payments etc.
• Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Monthly Provisions and accruals
• Vat submissions via e-filing accompanied by a recon
• Correction of incorrect cost prices of profitability reports
• Intercompany Loan accounts
• GIT/SCT stock recons
• Ad hock queries as they arise

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
• Minimum of Matric/Grade 12
• Strong Excel knowledge (Advanced Excel preferably)
• Strong recon skills
• Strong communication skills / negotiation skills
• Essential experience within a Group setup (Consisting of various Companies and Branches)
• An eye for detail
• Deadline driven
• At least 7-10years’ experience within the finance environment
• Knowledge of the VAT ACT
• A degree or diploma is not required, but will be an advantage-Proof of qualification to be submitted with CV
