Petty Cash reconciliations
Debtors and other Accounts
Accounts to Trial Balance
Weekly balancing of Inter company loans, intercompany Debtors and inter co creditors
Month end and month end reporting
Daily capturing of bank statements
Bank Reconciliations
Petty Cash Control
Weekly sweeping of debtors (fully automated)
Limited Creditors capturing
Inter-company accounting
Monthly journals and accruals
Fixed asset accounting
Vat 201's and reconciliation
Balance sheet control schedules
Income Statement schedules
Variance Analysis Income Statement and Balance Sheet
Post month end compliance reporting
Cash flow management
Extremely deadline driven
Requires overtime at month end and at certain times during the month

Qualifications:

5-10 years’ experience
Financial Diploma or Certificate
