B.Com degree or CIMA designation, supplemented by at least 5 years experience in a corporate financial environment. PREFREBLY INDUSTRIAL ENVIRO
Sound knowledge of accounting practices, mathematical and statistical computations, financial and accounting software applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal competencies
Accounting for Cash and Cash Equivalents, Trade Receivables and Revenue as well as Forward Exchange Contracts and resultant FOREX profit and loss.
Coordinating the flow of transactions between financial accounting and supporting systems to ensure accurate representation of financial information.
Reconciling the General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of information.
Ensuring that the financial system accurately reflects intercompany transactions by verification with the Group’s subsidiaries.
Identifying possible risk areas and implementing additional checks and controls on a regular basis to eliminate the possibility of fraud and minimise errors.
You will also be expected to act as backup in other financial functions as required
