A mature person is offered the opportunity to join a successful property company. You will be responsible for accounting and will need strong Excel skills. You will also be responsible for company secretarial functions e.g. share transfers and share register maintenance, company registrations, annual compliance admin, change in directors and registered offices as well as VAT registrations.
