BCom Accounting degree



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ experience

Exposure to the automotive industry, advantage

Kerridge experience, advantage



Job Description:

Actively check bank reconciliations.

Ensure to control compiling weekly management reports.

Ensure to maintain and reconcile the GL accounts.

Make sure to clear the credit notes that requires sign off by managers.

Co-release the daily payments.

Monitor the vehicle debtors and floorplan.

Ensure to check the creditor reconciliations.

Process salary journal and leave journal received from Payroll.

Make sure to process standard monthly inter group invoices.

Prepare monthly tasks for sales and calculate sales commission.

Prepare the monthly financial report.

Take control over the stats reporting and VAT reporting.
