Qualification:

Bcom Degree / Btech

Commercial experience



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years finance experience

Minimum 1 year Accpac experience

Minimum 2 years inventory and hospitality experience

Minimum 1 year with Protel and Procure experience

Hospitality experience and exposure

EasiPos and Procure knowledge will be an advantage



Job Description:

Oversee daily cash counts, credit card reconciliations, petty cash and float check.

Ensure debtors book stays within 30 - 60 days.

Supervise procurement department: Trade Analysis and perform monthly stock take.

Perform an audit of the daily night audit insuring its accuracy, completeness and process daily sales journal.

Prepare reports as requested for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

Maintain filing systems for daily information: credit cards, restaurant charges etc.

Prepare weekly account payable payments.

Prepare all necessary period end closing reports re Protel.

Complete month end journals.

Assisting in annual budgeting and financial audit.

Able to work extra hours when required to meet Head Office deadlines.
