Relevant Accounting qualification
Basic reading/understanding/writing and speaking of GERMAN – will be a major advantage (candidates will be sent on a course)
Office administration
General office maintenance
Liaising with electrician etc.
Finance
Quotations
Petty cash
Collecting and payment of office expenses and invoices drafting
Checking and payment of travel claims
Project budgets
Assisting with payroll
Pastel payroll experience would be recommended
Checking audit reports
Communication and correspondence with head office, partners and institutions
Procurement protocols
