Our client in the Telecommunication industry is looking for an Accounting Clerk.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and placing ordered.
• Processing supplier invoices.
• Processing customer invoices.
• Creditor’s reconciliations and payments.
• Ensuring vendor queries are efficiently resolved.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to Financial Manager.
• Filing kept up to date on a daily base.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be added on according to the needs of the company when required

Requirements

• Pastel Evolution
• A completed Matric
• Minimum 3 year working experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Highly numerical and Advanced Excel skills.
• Good organizational / prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment.
