Your important role will include:

Scanning of Bank Recons
Capturing of all transfer’s
Printing Foreign statements daily
Capturing FEC’s on Forex Desktop Application and ensuring that it is released timeously
Capturing these FEC’s on the system after authorization
Capturing EFT on system for authorisation
Updating accounts in line with policies and procedures
Completing applicable vouchers as part of process
Calculating of spot rate for CFC’S before capturing on system
Ensuring that receipting instructions have been sent to receipting
Capture movements from various online applications
Writing of statement and request numbers on the foreign payment documentation and sending to relevant department.
Capturing beneficiaries on Forex desktop application
Capturing payments received from accounts receivable and payables on system
Scanning relevant documents and E-mailing to Bank after payment has been authorised on system
Investigating foreign payments that do not appear on statements and where value dated for a specific date.
Scan and save Business Request and Proof of payments to the network drive
Identifying and processing of bank charges on the Business account on a daily basis
Capturing petty cash on general ledger and balance journal
Capturing expenses on system and debiting the client’s account
Capturing cheque request for petty cash on system to reflect on cashbook

Qualification/s
Matric
1 year’ relevant experience in finance environment
Solid Forex experience
South African (EE) Candidate
