A well-recognized company, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, requires the service and expertise of an Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise that has already been developed in providing services within the Plumbing industry. The candidate should ideally reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Further requirements for this position, are:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Matric/Grade 12.
- A relevant degree/diploma will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably within the plumbing industry.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The Account administrator role is to manage the sales and accounting system of all existing and new clients within the company. The candidate would be responsible for:
- Client liaison
- Generating quotations upon request from potential client
- Generating invoices for services delivered
- Debt collection
- Debtors/Creditors

To do this role, you will need to:

- Have excellent organizational and management skills
- Exposure and understanding of the industry
- Manage multiple projects and sites
- Pay close attention to detail
- Have good people skills to liaise clients and fellow employees to ensure satisfactory service is delivered
- Be an effective communicator
- Have excellent numerical skills
- Be creative and resourceful
- Work well under pressure
- Be able to take orders from senior staff
