ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Creditors) Sandton -JHB - R25 to R30k CTC

A well-established, reputable business of over 45 years – that has a National
footprint would like to employ an Accounts Assistant (Creditors) who could
start asap in their Sandton Head Office.

The right candidate would be a mature, experienced accounts lady who enjoys
working in an accounts department - being part of their accounts team, adding
value & providing invaluable creditor accounts assistance.

Salary : R25 to R30K CTC - Usual company benefits.
5 Day week, regular business hours 08h30 to 16h30 in their Sandton Head Office with free, safe on-site parking.

Requirements:
Matric & Bookkeeping Diploma or an equivalent degree
@ Least 5 Years of Experience in a similar position
You should be highly competent at Creditors (accounts payable-supplier payments; month-end and ends; general accts dept support - reports, cashbook etc on an ad-hoc basis)
Sound, up-to-date knowledge of best practice accounting policies & procedures
You should have good MS Office Outlook & Word skills
You must be deadline orientated
Pastel Evolution competence advantageous
Sound Accounting Software Package knowledge & practical experience
You should have strong time management, planning & organisational skills
You should have strong communication (telephonic & email etiquette) & good
interpersonal skills & be able to communicate effectively with ****@*****.*** levels in the organisation.
