Accounts Clerk (Permanent Role)

Fast growing manufacturing and distribution company requires an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Financial Clerk (Debtors and Creditors) to join their successful finance team. Minimum 3 years’ experience and Matric is ESSENTIAL

You will be responsible for following up on outstanding debts, credit control, processing credit applications and updating records and processing invoices.

Minimum requirements include:
• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in finance, credit control or similar
• Experience on a financial package such as SAGE, Pastel, Great Plains, AccPacc, QuickBooks etc
• Ability to communicate strongly in English and at least one other language
• Minimum of 3 years Accounts Clerk's Experience including:
? Full function Debtors
? Full function Creditors
? Invoicing
? Statements
? Debt Collection
? Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors

Location: The successful incumbent will primarily be based in Durban North (Glen Anil).
