Essential the duties will include (but not limited to)
Management and allocation of Purchase Order Number
Management, checking and verifying Supplier Invoices
Management, checking and verifying Supplier Statements
Loading of Creditors Payments on Bank
Maintenance of Creditor Spreadsheet (Excel)
Maintenance of a Project analysis Spreadsheet and Job cards
Supplier Registration , Tender Forms , Vendor Forms and 30 days
credit account
Assisting with any other financial activities when required
