Accounts Clerk (Portuguese speaking)
Cape Town – Northern Suburbs

Our client requires the service of a Portuguese speaking Accounts Clerk in their Accounts department to perform various administrative duties relating to the ledger accounts in specific African countries.

Key performance areas:

? Maintenance of country folders
? Various ledger functions
? Action in terms of Gross Profit reports and purchase statements
? Dealing with duplication reports, unbalanced work and unprocessed paperwork
? Control pricing claims and Correction vouchers

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with Diploma or Degree in accounting or finance
? Receiving administration experience
? Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Office, Excel Advanced)
? SAP knowledge would be advantageous
? Must be able to speak Portuguese
? Must be accurate and have great attention to detail
? Delivering results and meeting expectations
? Coping with pressure and setbacks
