Accounts Clerk
Job Description :
Salary R8 000 pm

Will be responsible for:
• Reconciling supplier accounts to statement;
• Preparing remittances for payments for the financial manager;
• All relevant filing and audit preparation of the supplier accounts;
• Following up on supplier returns with the buyer and processing of supplier credit notes;
• Preparing inter-company accounts for annual audit;
• Preparation of cheques for account payments where cheques are still used
• Assistance of a general nature in the accounts department where time permits this
