Job description SA’s fastest growing job portal is looking for an enthusiastic & versatile professional with a strong Sales background to join the team in our new Cape Town office. The ideal candidate should excel under pressure and be self-motivated to work in isolation as well as delegating some work to junior members of the team. This is position is ideal for someone that enjoys a challenge and willing to grow with the company. The position will be offered as a fix-term contract (6 months), after which it will evolve into a more senior permanent position on mutual agreement of both parties. As key Client Relationship Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage relationships with our Clients (recruitment partners) and sell our Premium service. Excellent communication skills required. Specific technical training of our platform will be provided.

Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with existing recruitment partners
2. Approach prospective new partners and invite them to use our platform
3. Sell our Premium service to existing partners
4. Manage reselling of e-learning with recruitment partners
5. Provide email and telephonic support for our e-learning products
6. Report to MD/COO daily on progress
7. Maintain filing of documents
8. Report Generation on MS Excel
9. Manage daily operation of office
10. Oversee and manage interns

Requirements
1. Solid Sales background
2. Experience in HR industry (optional)
2. Be Proactive, Organised, Detailed and Responsible
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Afrikaans
4. Have the ability to motivate your team
5. Strong MS Office skills.
