Position: Accounts Manager (IT Industry)
Type: Permanent position
Area/s: Position in Johannesburg
Start: As soon as possible
Remuneration: Market related (Basic plus commission)

• Requirements:
• 4 Years’ + experience in similar role in the IT industry
• Completed Marketing/ IT related qualification
• Formal technical and sales training
• High degree of aptitude in the IT environment
• Good understanding of general IT concepts
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Required skills
• Strong client service delivery focus
• Fluent in English and able to articulate issues clearly
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong administrative, project and organisational skills
• Experience in building strong relationships
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Networks, Telecommunications and/or Security experience
• Able to sell via Channel Partners as well as clients directly
• Relationship and network building ability
• Able to adhere to deadlines
• Able to remain committed & focused despite setbacks or objections
Core Tasks:
• Reports to sales director
• Assist Strategic Account Managers within existing and new Accounts
• Schedule meetings & Setup workshops
• Assistance in invoice process, admin & marketing
• Pre-technical assistance
• Proactive client expectations management
• Maintain Sales & lead information on CRM system to invoicing
• Provide feedback on field activities
