Our client is a leading IT organisation and they are looking for Sales-Accounts Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure pipeline is update to date
Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded
New Products and Service
- Ensure that all assigned Client are made aware and quoted on new products relevant to their business
Complaints
- Complaint resolution and Tracking
- Response sent to manager within 24 hours
- Responses to be seen to take all issues into account
- Honest at all times and responsibility taken for all actions
Invoice query resolution and tracking
- Response sent to Client within 24 hours
- Responses to be seen to take all issues into account
- Feedback to admin
Sales Queue
- Ensure that all tickets are responded to within 24 hours
- Ensure that AE follow-up
- Ensure that proper follow-ups are done on a daily basis
- Ensure that tickets are logged correctly as per the standard requirements
Event coordination and Marketing management
- Assist when required with events and marketing
Cancellations
- Contact Client to try and turn the cancellation if possible
- Confirm the services for cancellation
Team meetings
- Attend weekly team meetings
Proposals
- generate quotes and proposals based on Client meetings from sales manager
- Manage new sales
- Follow-up on leads and proposals sent for new and existing Client
Active selling of new products
- Mail shots
- Follow-ups on mail shots
Product renewals
- Send Client renewal letters and estimates
- Ensure that renewals are actioned prior to the renewal date
Monthly onsite visits to assigned Client
- Ensure all assigned Clients are visited every month
- Ensure communication is documented in sugar
Monthly telephonic follow-ups with assigned Client
- Ensure all assigned Clients are called every 2nd week
- Ensure communication is documented in sugar
KPI’s
- Ensure that KPI’s are correct and handed in by no later than the 7th
Products and Services
- Ensure that you maintain up to date knowledge of all products and services from the organisation
