Accounts Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager. Must have 2 – 5 years’ Sales Experience & 2 – 5 years’ FMCG experience.

Drive Lamb carcass sales based on budget.
Drive and maximize primal sales based on budget.
Identify opportunities to maximize beef primal sales.
Identify opportunities to maximize beef carcasses.
Service existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.
Drive sales on frozen stock.
Driving and executing retail and key account stores’ orders in full.

Existing customers and accounts

Service existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.
Identify opportunities and drive NPD and new stores in order to grow volume and market share.
New and speedy customer sign on

Key Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring that the optimal Service Levels are achieved.
Resolving queries and complaints to the satisfaction of the clients.
Feedback and follow-up on queries and complaints

Stakeholder Relations and Networking

Initiate and sustain key relation networks which build on the good reputation and image of the company and secures future growth and profitability.
Establish and maintain good trust relations with all stakeholders
Grade 12
Sales experience: 2 – 5 years
FMCG experience 2 – 5 years
Must have valid Driver's Licence
Must have own car
Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans
