Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• Command of another South African language is advantageous.
• 2-3 years Sales/Customer relations experience
• Competent in Customer Service, Training, IT problem solving & Sales
• Commission driven
• Computer Certificate (or similar qualification) would be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas:
• Proven sales experience (evidence needed , commission averages needed)
• Canvassing of new business via multiple methods.
• Knowledge of Micro Finance (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of Credit Industry (Advantageous)
• Strong Leadership Qualities with Exceptional People Skills
• Self-Motivated Sales Person, with the need for occasional team work
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Exceptional Organisational and planning Skills
• Outstanding Administrative Skills
