CREDITORS CLERK
Salary: R17 000
Area: Boland
Duties:

• Request supplier statements (Local & Foreign)
• Checking of supplier invoices against purchase orders and following up on variances
• Capture payment list on 30 days (monthly accounts) submit to FM
• Capturing of bank statements
• COD payments and reconciliation every month
• Capture petty cash SAP
• Inter-company accounts
• Creditors reconciliations (ledger vs. statements)
• Sending out supplier remittance advises after payment run
• Compare variances on remittances on SAP
Requirements:
• Diploma / Certificate in Accounting / Bookkeeping will be highly recommended
• Min 3 year’s solid creditors experience
• Own transport
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• SAP experience is essential
• Immediately available will be advantageous
