ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent
Minimum of three to four years accounts payable experience
Computer literacy – MS Office and working knowledge of SAP
Experience working on a financial system essential
A meticulous work approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to communicate on all levels in English and Afrikaans
Excellent coordination and administrative abilities
The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis
Strong financial analytic skills

Duties:

Capturing of creditors
Reconciliations
Processing of creditors
Ad hoc administration within the financial department
Assist the bookkeeper where necessary
Communicate with clients regards to any outstanding documentation
Maintain filing systems
