Accounts Payable Clerk
Education / Experience / Skills and Knowledge Required:
? Matric is essential
? National Diploma or Degree in finance majoring in accounting
? 2 years minimum working experience in Accounts Payable Environment
? Must have sound overall good accounting knowledge
? Good Knowledge of SAP (especially Accounts Payables Module)
? Highly level of proficiency on Excel, Word, MS Windows etc
? Understand payment process of foreign creditors and the applicable banking requirements
? Be highly numerate
? Having a good understanding of overall accounting principles
? Understand the purchasing process and payment of supplier process
? Good understanding of Accounts Payables Controls
? Must be able to read and interprets chart of accounts in respect of identifying Balance Sheet Accounts and Profit and Loss Accounts
? A reliable person who is able to work under pressure
? Able to work independently and is self-driven
? Must be assertive
? Must pay attention to detail
? Good communication skills
