The role comprises, but is not limited to, the following main functions:

Processing invoices and credit notes
Review ageing
Prepare Payment run schedule
Maintain customer details
Process payment run
Review and maintain Purchase Orders
BANK
Daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation
Monthly Petty Cash reconciliation
Monitor and analyse monthly petty cash revenue and spend
ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE
Post receipts and prepare intercompany receipt journals
Review and approve new client code
Review new and renewed Licence Fee agreements
Authorisation and release of deposits
Review and monitor ageing for potential bad debt
Raise any ageing queries
Prepare weekly and monthly debt report with commentary.
