Job Description:

Managing the team of Creditor Clerks, making sure new suppliers are on-boarded correctly, manage suppliers’ credit limits, opening orders and discounting types with suppliers and buyers; supplier recons; resolving queries; capturing discounts; managing ageing of creditors and ensuring timely payment (GRIG; Pastel ageing and Control Accounts); Uploading payments onto the bank; identifying, investigating and solving all systems and processes relating Accounts Payable; preparation of accounts payable reports and any ad-hoc requests from the CFO and Finance Managers.
