This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager looking for their next position to work in a busy and fast paced environment based in the heart of Cape Town. You must have strong accounts payable experience at senior level and be able to supervise members of the team.



Qualification:

Matric

BCom / BCom (Major subject Accounting)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience

Attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in managing a large team

The ability to manage large volumes of suppliers / transactions

Computer Literacy MS Office with strong MS Excel skills

Pastel experience is an advantage



Job Description:

Manage process of onboarding new suppliers and maintain current suppliers on Pastel.

Manage ageing of creditors and ensure timely payment.

Monthly reporting of key funding requirements and ageing to stakeholders.

Adhoc requests from CFO and Financial Managers.

Prepare accounts payable reports.
