Accounts Payable - Port Elizabeth
Salary – R20 000 – R30 000 CTC Based on Experience
Key Purpose
To ensure that all accounts payable operational back end functionality is appropriately completed to support the company in achieving their business objectives. To specialise in the payment of suppliers.
Duties:
• General administration requirements
• Audit support and input
• Prepare creditors recons
• Supplier queries
• Blocked invoices
• Lost discounts
• PO vs Invoice date
• Vendor Liaisons
• Complete monthly creditors age and recon files
• Responsible for educating the supplier in the use of relevant services to reduce potential queries

Qualifications / Experience
• Matric
• A relevant accounting, bookkeeping qualification or studying towards a finance qualification would be advantageous
• 1 - 3 years Creditors experience
• Very Good Excel and/or spreadsheet proficiency
• SAP finance knowledge advantageous
