Leading Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Distribution Company seeks suitably qualified / experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will resume responsibility for calculating and processing monthly billing of service fees to clients, managing client debt collection as well as debtors account reporting. Billing to be conducted accurately and in accordance with client contract provisions, thereby limiting client queries and ensuring accurate financial information, control and reduced risk.

Minimum Requirements:
• B.Comm or Relevant Tertiary Financial Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting/debtors department within a pharmaceutical / FMCG company
• Demonstrated Leadership abilities / Supervisory / Management experience (min 2 years) a must
• Commercial understanding and previous exposure to contracts
• SAP experience as well as solid EXCEL proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is critical

Key Performance Areas
• Calculate the monthly billing based on the client contract and ensure that all services are billed completely and accurately
• Process monthly and ad hoc client invoices
• Address all client billing queries within 48 hours
• Manage debt collection to ensure adherence to DSO and collection targets
• Ensure accurate debtors account reporting
• Analyze and report on client revenue fluctuations
• Identify client related value leakages across the business and adjust billing accordingly
• Assist the Financial Analysis department with the analyses of client profitability
• Assist where necessary with all audits – internal and external
• Manage staff
