A vacancy exists for an experienced Accreditation & Training Co-ordinator based in the Primary Production Department for a large FMCG manufacturer.

Key Performance areas:
? Coordinate the accreditation audits for all BEE farms
? Coordinate training for SRFT farms
? Ensure efficient functioning of Health and Safety Committees and maintenance of H&S Standards
? Management & coordination of all associated with wellness

Qualifications & Experience:
o Minimum Grade 12 with 3 years administration experience within a similar role
o Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
o Previous experience in planning and coordination of training an advantage

Skills Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without supervision
• Good interpersonal relations and able to work in a team
• Sound organisational skills
