Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency

·Deliver exceptional Credit service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions

·Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by participate in the clients Retail Credit Risk technical committee

·Provide guidance on Credit Risk modelling technical issues by maintaining a of center of credit risk modelling expertise within the business by supporting with complex mathematical calculations

·Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements

·Ensure implementation of credit risk modelling technical issues through implementing processes and by driving implementation of innovation within the credit risk modelling environment.

·Ensure the quality and accuracy of all the Actuarial outputs of the team, and ensure the outputs are delivered on time.

·Benchmark current practices against the risk management framework and adjust practices as and when necessary

·Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize the clients risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.
