NQF Level 6: B Degree
B.Com or B.Sc. degree with specialisation in Actuarial or Statistical science
At least 9 Core Technical (CT) subjects passed / exempt from the South African actuarial syllabus
3 years actuarial work experience
2 years modelling experience is essential
2 - 3 Specialist subjects passed in final exam required to qualify as an Actuary
3 years’ experience in short term insurance pricing
2 years of programming experience.
