We need a female Admin Assistant / Bookings Administrator to assist with the following activities;

1. Booking of Appointments daily and following up, providing feedback to all the relevant parties.

2. Handle on average of 100 to 300 emails a day

3. Various other administrative duties when necessary once the above has been attended to.

4. Capturing of successful work for Invoicing Purposes.

Ability to use Google Maps is mandatory when booking appointments with an ability to calculate travel vs distance and duration of appointments (in order to make sure staff do not arrive late).

Must be able to handle pressure as this is a high pressure and demanding work environment.

Must have an affinity for numbers ( because ID Numbers and Contract Numbers need to be captured correctly at all times).

Must have a stable personal background as this can cause immense distractions and have an effect on work performance.

We need a Team-Player.

Must be well groomed and professional. Have good communication skills (verbally as well as written)

This is a junior position, junior salary (suitable for "school leaver's" or people new to the job-market)

Must have own reliable transport. (CVs not based in Amanzimtoti or max 40 kilometres from here will not be considered as there are always problems with delays and traffic)

Working hours is Mondays to Fridays 08h00 to 17h00 and alternate Saturdays from 08h00 to 13h00.

After hours work is voluntary if you need to catch up.

3 to 6 month probation period before a contract will be considered.
