Admin Assistant / PRO - Mountain Ridge (Wolseley)

This challenging position is the ideal opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Mountain Ridge team to be responsible for their tasting room and assist with a variety of administrative duties.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
? reception and receiving visitors
? accounting duties (debtors / creditors)
? wine sales and stock control in the tasting room
? organising of events
? general administration.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:
? Grade 12 (applicable tertiary qualification e.g. Public Relations / Hospitality will strengthen the application)
? previous experience in a promotional / sales environment
? administrative / accounting experience (e.g. debtors- / creditors clerk) will serve as recommendation
? professional, friendly and well-groomed personality
? excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
? accuracy and good organising / planning skills
? excellent interpersonal skills
? computer literacy (MS Office, Pastel, Wine MS)
? knowledge of winery accreditations will be an advantage.
