• Assist the Estate Manager with the Administration and related tasks of the HOA
• Effective handling of queries, telephonic and email
• General administration work such as filing, mailing, phoning, petty cash claims, insurance claims, liaising with contractors, owners and directors.
• Compiling information, completing relevant forms, and following up on outstanding matters
• Assist the Estate Manager with writing letters, correspondences or notices
• Render secretariat support to the Board of Directors
• Constant feedback, management and communication with Estate Manager
• Administration of utility accounts and updating utility schedule in conjunction with Estate Manager through the Managing agent
• Taking instruction from Estate Manager and responding with appropriate action
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting
• Management of leave records of all employees
• Control movement of document and stationary within the common estate
• Render procurement support service in the estate.
• Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed by the Directors or Estate Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent / Advanced Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in local languages, English and Afrikaans
• Strong organizational skills
