Financial Planning Admin Assistant – (Life Administrator)

We require at least two years industry related experience and a sound knowledge of Life Insurance and or Health Insurance. (Experience on the X Plan insurance package would be highly beneficial). (Word, Excel, Outlook is a must). Start date: Immediate

Working closely with and building relationships with the Brokers.
Taking Broker Notes: Full and comprehensive notes which are to be loaded onto an X Plan Task (Minutes of meetings)
Ensuring Broker TARGETS met
Portfolio preparation & analysis
Updating schedules & Broker assistance,
Quotation, Collaboration & Preparation for the presentation of Buy & Sells
Quotations and preparation of presentations for Key Person
Preparation of Group Scheme/employee Benefit quotes
Actively assessing, Identifying and checking client portfolios and segmentation groups Checking that all USER GROUPS are linked – Directors, Shareholders, Trusts, Trustees, Companies, Employees, Buy & * Sells etc …and that Buy & Sells are linked
FNA’s preparation and ensuring the FNA’s are prepared in advance by a minimum of 7 working days
Identify Shortfalls & Opportunities
Queries telephonic & e mail
Changes to buy and sells and ensuring that Buy & Sells are reviewed annually
opportunities and possible cross pollination of Database
C.O.L (Counter offer letters), Deferred, Declined
Creating and following up of TASKS
Telephonic reviews & assisting Broker/s with general Client reviews internal & external
Technical queries & Broker support on Technical issues
Quotes, In-house Servicing, Upgrades and campaign follow through
Liaising with Broker Consultants
Client visits when necessary
Identify marketing opportunities and provide Team training
Keep up to date with the latest legislation and Industry Trends
Continual monitoring and tracking of the new business pipeline and following up on new business outstanding requirements
Attending launches & training sessions with and possibly on behalf of Brokers and if necessary bringing the info back to the office for an in-house training session

General Group Scheme

o Sales & after sale loading of schemes to Insurer & submission

o Checking on Medical requirements for the schemes and following up with medicals until conclusion

o Group Functions & Presentation

o Following up on Group scheme Leads daily, weekly

o Checking on commission statements – Group Schemes

Salary: R15,000.00 to R20,000.00 /month
