Admin Assistant –
R8 000

Role:
• Post; receiving, sorting, preparing & dispatching
• Filing
• Photocopying and scanning
• Answering telephone, take messages and direct to correct area
• Generate market reviews
• Contact insurers and chase up market reviews
• Compose letters and emails
• Learn products from different insurers

Requirement:
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1YRS OFFICE EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in a sales environment
• Would have worked in a target driven environment previously
• Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and dynamic
• Command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Have experience composing formal/business letter/emails
• Ability to work on your own
• Ability to learn about new products quickly
• ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
