Job Purpose:
The RSM Administration Assistant’s responsibility is to proactively support and assist the Regional Sales Manager and undertake a variety of administration and clerical tasks in an organised and professional manner.

• Call cycle distribution and collections
• Effectively process administration documents
• General assistance
• Collect sales and brand sales figures
• Process Call Cycle checks
• Communicate On hold list to Sales Team
• Arrange buying of Merchandisers tools and work clothes
• Discretionary budget adjustments
• Farm visits – travel arrangements
• Fridge Billing consolidation
• Arranging Merchandisers diary
• Managing Pool Car
• Reports – as per RSM
• Presentations – as per RSM
• Meeting minutes
• Process claims from RSM & Reps
• Prepare Sales analysis
• Manage administration for Fridges and Wine preservers
• Keep updated pricelist available
Effective Administration
• Process Purchase Orders
• Order stationery
• Manage updates on Regional Year Planner
• Capture leave on ESS on behalf of Merchandisers
• Manage office and filing systems
