Admin Clerk - Wolseley

Admin Clerk (3 month contract) Wolseley My client has a requirement for an Admin Clerk to join their team and be responsible for the following: • Prepare, capture and reconciliation of all data related to production output • Perform receptionist duties • Prepare and reconcile weekly/monthly reports • Manage petty cash • Coordinate and issuing of wood permits Requirements: • Grade 12 (Office Administration diploma would be advantageous) • 1-2 years’ office administration experience • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write and speak) • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Computer literate – well conversed in MS Office • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Driver’s License (Code B) Salary: • Negotiable
